Employee Dental Insurance Plans


       Dental insurance is an essential piece of comprehensive coverage for your employees. MAGUS provides excellent coverage through nationally recognized carriers. This means that employees have confidence your company is taking care of them and is interested in their well being.


 DENTAL INSURANCE

     Dental coverage is provided for all regular full-time employees (30+ hrs/wk) through Ameritas Dental plan. Preventative services such as exams, x-rays and cleanings are covered at 100%. Basic services such as fillings, endodontics & periodontics and extractions are covered at 80%. Major services such as crowns, implants and bridges are covered at 50%. Using the panel of preferred providers protects employees from being billed for charges over and above the usual & customery.

Ameritas offers a creative Dental Rewards program to all participants. Employees can carry over up to $250 per year when they use no more than $500 in a plan year. Maximum carry over is $1000.

  • Health Insurance Plans - Medical insurance coverage is provided for all regular full-time employees (30+ hrs./wk) after a 60 day waiting period. Medical coverage includes: vision, prescription, mail service prescription drug program, mental health, drug & alcohol rehabilitation and alternative care.

  • Life and AD&D Insurance - Term Life insurance and AD&D is provided for all regular full-time employees (30+hr/wk) after a 60 day waiting period.

  • Benefit Programs for Employees

  • 401k Pension Plans - A 401(k) Pension Plan is provided for all employees of participating groups who have been on the payroll at least three months.

  • Section 125 Flexible Spending Plans - A Section 125 Flexible Spending Plan is provided for all regular full-time employees (30+hrs/wk) after a 60 day waiting period.

  • Paid Leave, Holidays & Vacation Time - Minimum levels of paid time off are set by Magus and clients may define additional time appropriate to their needs and industry.
