Employee 401(k) Pension Plans


       Pension & retirement savings plans help promote employee longevity. Companies that sponsor such plans understand that long term employees help foster success.

Each client company may choose whether or not to participate in the 401(k) program. Then, each chooses a plan design that is consistent with both their philosophy and financial capability.


 401 K PENSION PLAN

     A 401(k) Pension Plan is provided for all employees who have been on the payroll at least three months through ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company.

This excellent tax sheltered pension savings plan allows employees to tailor their investments to fit their personal needs & investment philosophy. Seventeen different mutual funds varying from conservative to aggressive approaches provide a wide variety of options for employees. All plans are managed by some of the world's best financial experts.

Employees receive regular reports on their investments from ING. They also have access to online fund management that allows them to manipulate their money between funds & review investment performance.

  • Health Insurance Plans - Medical insurance coverage is provided for all regular full-time employees (30+ hrs./wk) after a 60 day waiting period.
